1:1 Functional Nutrition Concierge Program
If you’re ready for a truly personalized, high-touch approach, our concierge program is designed to get to the root of your gut health or perimenopause symptoms. Together we’ll use advanced lab testing, build a tailored protocol, and meet for biweekly coaching calls so you feel fully supported every step of the way. You can choose from a 3-month or 6-month option, depending on the depth of support you need. All functional labs are included in the cost of this program.
Investment: $5K - $8KÂ (payment plans available)
Functional Lab Panels
If you’re looking for answers but aren’t ready to commit to a full program, our functional lab panels are a great place to start. You’ll complete advanced testing for gut health or perimenopause, then receive a personalized video review that walks you through your results and what they mean for your next steps.
Investment: $679 - $900Â (payment plans available)
Rooted Momentum Membership
If you’ve already gone through a 1:1 program (or made significant progress on your own), our ongoing membership is here to help you keep your momentum going, get a second pair of eyes on your labs or new labs that may have been overlooked, and continue receiving expert-level support.
Investment: $750/mo (3-month minimum commitment for new clients).
