Here's what to expect

step one

Book & Apply

Choose a time for your 30-minute call, then fill out a short application (about 5 minutes). This gives Kerri key details on your health history, symptoms, and goals so your call is focused on you from the start.

step two

Have your assessment call

Meet with Kerri over Zoom in a calm, distraction-free space (computer preferred over phone). You’ll discuss what you’ve tried, what’s worked, what hasn’t, and what might be making things worse—then start uncovering what’s been overlooked in your care.

step three

Decide if it's the right fit

This call is all about figuring out if we’re a good fit in this stage of your health journey. Kerri will walk you through her Functional Nutrition Programs, answer your questions, and help you decide which program is the next best step for you.

step four

Move forward with clarity

If we both agree it’s a great fit, you’ll be able to secure your spot and schedule your first session before the call ends. If not, you’ll still leave with a better understanding of your options and what next steps could look like for your health journey!
